Spacious and quiet 2 Bedroom holiday golf apartment near Puerto la Duquesa on the Costa del Sol with sea Views.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with comfortable sofas (2 sofa beds), 37 inch TV, Hi Fi and sound system, expandable table in the dining area with 6 chairs, heating and AC Control with patio doors and direct access to the terrace with south facing views of the sea and Mountains, solid wood table and chairs. There is also a fully fitted kitchen, modern and spacious with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Marble work surface in the kitchen.
The apartment has Air Conditioning, Central heating, Hi Fi, DVDP player, sound system into every room. Maximum occupation: 6 people.
There are two swimming pools within the complex, the nearest one is 40 meters away, there are showers on the Pool side and the area is sheltered and enclosed.
Subsidised Golf: Golf is available on the short but testing Casares Golf and Country Club 9 holes 100 euros / per player unlimited golf for one week, or 20 euros 18 holes green fee per player.

The sandy beach with a beach restaurant is 1 km. away, Puerto la Duquesa with plenty of bars and restaurants is within a 5 minute drive. Supermarkets are also within a 5 minute drive, Malaga Airport is 100 kms. away and Gibraltar 40 kms. away.
