This holiday apartment is situated on the second floor and has the benefit of being on frontline beach in Estepona, Southern Spain.
The apartment consists of fully fitted kitchen, lounge dinning room with patio doors to a good size terrace with great sea views, two bedroom with built in wardrobes and one main bathroom.

Costa del Sol Accommodation.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, sleeps a maximum of 5 people. Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Sofa Bed
Bathrooms: 1 Bathroom with bath.
Kitchen: the kitchen area has an electric oven, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and a washing machine.
Cleaning: the rental rate includes linen, bath towels, a weekly linen change. A final cleaning session takes place after the departure of the client, and is included in the rental price.
Other: all the rooms have the added benefit of air con and heating systems. TV SAT one English news channel. There is a large community swimming pool and a swimming pool for kids. Paddle court. Children play ground.

Estepona. Costa del Sol.

Situated on the Costa del Sol in the southern Spain, Estepona is within easy reach of the celebrity hot spot of Puerto Banus, Marbella and luxury shopping. There are many famous golf Courses within a 20 minute drive, the world famous Valderrama Golf Course, San Roque, Finca Cortesin and many more.
Gibraltar with the famous Barbary Apes is 20 minutes drive away.
For families there are several nearby theme parks to visit including, Tivoli World, Selwo Wildlife Safari Park, Selwo Marine Park, Mijas Aqua Park, and Fuengirola Zoo. There is a ten-pin bowling alley in the La Canada shopping complex in Marbella (great for a day out of the sun if it all gets too hot).
There are also Casinos and many Museums. Every area has a market held on a specific day. The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is a 2 hours drive away, where you can hire equipment. Duquesa is another lovely Port only 5 km away where there are some excellent restaurants and you can sit and enjoy the lovely surroundings with a cool drink.
