Hacienda beach is ideally situated on front line beach with the famous Puerto Banus only a 10 minute drive away and the lovely town of Estepona a 5 minute drive away. The apartments have full use of a community swimming pool with poolside café area, swimming pool for kids, paddle court. You will have a direct access form the complex to the long sandy beach where there is a beach bar witch opens from Easter time to October and is a great place to watch the evening sun sets.

This first floor holiday apartment in the South of Spain is only 2 minutes away from the community swimming pool and café area and is located in front line beach between Estepona and Marbella on the Western Costa del Sol
The apartment consists of fully fitted kitchen, a lounge dining area with patio doors to a good sized terrace with nice sea views, two bedrooms with twin beds built in wardrobes and a main bathroom.

Kitchen: the kitchen area has an electric oven, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and a dishwasher
Cleaning: the rental rate includes linen, bath towels, a weekly linen change. A final cleaning session takes place after the departure of the client, and is included in the rental price.
Other: all the rooms have the added benefit of air con and heating systems. TV SAT one English news channel. There is a large community swimming pool and a swimming pool for kids. Paddle court. Children play ground.

Estepona Marina with the local shops, tapas bars and restaurants is within an easy five minute walk and the beautiful, traditional white walled Estepona old town is also on the doorstep.
Estepona has many facets which makes it a popular holiday destination for those looking for a relaxing break to unwind, eat well, have a cool drink and chill out, people watching.
Estepona Port and Town is typically Spanish and has retained all of its charm even though it is a well established tourist destination. It has pleasantly managed to avoid a "night club" culture but does have a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from.
