This open plan modern apartment has two bedrooms the master has twin beds fitted wardrobes and patio doors over looking one of the two swimming pools it also has an en-suite bathroom with Spa bath , the second bedroom is also a twin with views over the pool. The open plan lounge dinning area has patio doors leading to the terrace with sea views.

Kitchen:the kitchen area has an electric oven, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher.
Cleaning:The rental rate includes linen, bath towels, a weekly linen change. A final cleaning session takes place after the departure of the client, and is included.
Other:TV with satellite connection, and DVD player. The stereo system has radio and CD facilities.

The Port of Duquesa really is one of the best kept secrets of the Costa del Sol, located between Estepona and Sotogrande .Nestled on either side of the port of Duquesa are two unspoilt blue flagged beaches with its many water sport activities.
The port itself is encircled with a wide variety of restaurants and intimate bars, the vast choice of restaurants include Italian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, French and Spanish with its locally caught fresh fish, also on hand in the port are many further services such as grocers, banks, newsagents etc.
