How to book.
Once you find a property please send us the following information:
- Your name and address.
- Your passport number.
- The confirmation of the departure and arrival dates, your flight numbers and landing time if you already got them.
- Your telephone number, a mobile phone is always appreciated.
When we will receive this confirmation, we will send you our rental contract. We will need a 20% reservation deposit, by bank transfer.

Travel Insurance.
We strongly recommend you take our adequate travel insurance for your holiday. Also, if you are a British Citizen and are entitled to NHS healthcare in the UK, you should obtain your European Health Insurance Card. This is available through post offices and the Department of Health.
Security in the apartments and villas.
All our apartments and villas have standard security measures. Some will also have alarms and window bars. If you are concerned about the security at your accommodation, please ask us before you arrive in order that we can provide you full information.
What happens if I loose the keys.
If you loose the keys please advise us as soon as possible. To replace each set of keys we charge between 30 and 60 euros depending the type of Keys. We normally have further sets of keys available to you. Safe keys can be more expensive.
How do I collect the keys.
When you arrive in Spain, we will meet you either at the property or in a prearranged location. We will drive with you to your accommodation and show you the most important features. We will then take any balance and/or security deposit and hand you the keys (normally two sets per property). Also at this point we will tell you any other information you may like to know.
Cleaning.
We guarantee that the apartments throughout are perfectly cleaned. The price is net without additional cost of cleaning at the end of the holiday.
Bed linen – Towels.
The rentals price includes, Bed linen & towels, these will be changed on a weekly basis if the property is occupied for 10 nights or more. Beach towels are not included in the rental price.
