Costa del Sol holiday rental, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Serenity Views, a newly built residence in 2022, located between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa.
This charming apartment features a bright living/dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen, including a dishwasher.
It has a master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with an Italian shower, as well as a second bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom with an Italian shower.
In addition, the living room and both bedrooms have access to a spacious covered terrace that surrounds the entire apartment.
There is also a rooftop terrace with sun loungers for your enjoyment.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, centralized air conditioning/heating, washing machine, dishwasher and a Smart TV for your entertainment.
This self-catering accommodation offers free parking in a private garage with direct access to the apartment through the elevator.
The communal pool is open all year round. Although the pool does not have sun loungers, we will provide some for you to use by the pool.
The nearest beach, La Galera is only 1,300 meters away from the accommodation, which you can access by car or on foot. The commercial areas of San Luis de Sabinillas are about three kilometers away, so having a car is advisable.
Furthermore, Estepona is approximately 5 kilometers from the apartment, offering a wide range of activities and services.
The rental price includes towels, bed sheets, and final cleaning, so you do not have to worry about anything during your stay.

The town: Estepona-Costa-del-Sol
Estepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village.
The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections, one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce.
The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars, restaurants and disco pubs. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.
