A luxurious and comfortable holiday townhouse, equipped with an individual and private lift, in the beautiful complex La Resina Golf and Country Club between Puerto Banus and Estepona, in a quiet and relaxing environment, the nearest beach is three kilometres away. (Arroyo de la Cañas beach).
You enter at the level of the open kitchen and the very large and bright living space with lounge / dining room which have access to a large south facing terrace with superb views over the surroundings, the golf course and the Mediterranean Sea, sofa bed in the lounge, this accommodation can sleep up to to 5 people. There is also a toilet on this level.
The lounge has a flat screen television with IPTV and a lot of international channels.
From this level you have access to the bedrooms (lower level) and to a magnificent sunny terrace of great size on the upper level.
The house is equipped with an individual and private lift(lower level and agarge only).
The lower level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both have sliding doors to south facing terraces with great views of the Mediterranean and surrounding countryside.
Access to this level is via the stairs or the private lift.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is another bathroom at this level. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.
The house has two private garage spaces. The house can be accessed directly from the garage and the lift can be used to carry shopping to the living and kitchen level.
From the terraces you have spectacular views of the golf course, the surroundings, the garden with swimming pool and the Mediterranean sea.
Its comfort and proximity to the beach, sports activities and outings make it an ideal holiday home for a family with children.
This house has a capacity for 5 people and is fully air-conditioned and heated. Free high-speed Internet. The residence has 24-hour security.

Sunset Golf is a completely fenced and private complex and has a communal garden with a large swimming pool with a shallow end for the children.Nearest town and city: Estepona at within 10 km and Puerto Banus - Marbella only 15km of the home.
Nearest beach: Playa Arroyo de las Cañas with several beach restaurants within 3 km of the home.

The town: Estepona-Costa-del-Sol

Estepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village.
The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections, one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce.
The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars, restaurant and disco pubs. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.
