Ground floor holiday apartment looking over the tropical garden and community swimming pool in a front line beach complex.
The apartment consists of entrance, fully fitted kitchen, large lounge / dining area with patio doors leading to a good size terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One bedroom with single beds and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with single beds and one shower room. Sofa-bed in the lounge. Can sleeps up to 6 people. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and a dishwasher.
All the rooms have the added benefit of air con and heating systems. The rental rate includes linen, bath towels, a weekly linen change. A final cleaning session takes place after the departure of the client, and is included.

Hacienda beach is ideally situated on front line beach with the famous Puerto Banus only a 10 minute drive away and the lovely town of Estapona a 5 minute drive away.
The apartments have full use of a community swimming pool with poolside café area and paddle court.
On the long sandy beach there is a beach bar witch opens from Easter time to October and is a great place to watch the evening sun sets.


The town: Estepona-Costa-del-Sol

Estepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village.
The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections, one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce.
