Two bedroom holiday apartment in Puerto la Duquesa, Marina Real in the Southern Spain.
This two bedroom apartment is set on two floors and consists of lounge dinning room with direct access to the swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms one which is en-suite with spar bath, house bathroom with four piece suite.
Marina Real of Puerto la Duquesa is a recent complex in a stunning location on the beach and next to the Marina at the Port of Duquesa.
Sun worshippers have 2 pools and direct access to the sandy beaches where you can hire sun loungers or order drinks and snacks from the beach bar.
Marina Real also gives you direct access to numerous bars and restaurants all within a minutes walk in the Marina making it an ideal location for those who don/t want to drive.
Duquesa/s marina offers you the Holiday maker all the facilities you will need for your perfect Holiday on the Costa del Sol in the southern Spain, from numerous restaurants, cafe bars where you can sit and watch the fabulous variety of Yachts coming and going. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Spanish with its fresh, local fish.
Many of the beaches have been awarded yet again the European Blue Flag and even in height of the summer months they never appear to over crowded and Duquesa offers serenity and relaxation for a holiday like no other on the Southern coast of Spain.
After a short walk on the sea-side promenade you will find the village of Sabinillas, which is also part of the municipality of Manilva with all the services you require such as medical centres, travel agencies, supermarkets etc.
Although within easy reach of the airports: Malaga (less than an hour), Gibraltar (30 minutes) and Sevilla (1 hour 45 min.)
Lying only 1km from Duquesa along the main A7, Sabinillas is the nearest town with a street market every Friday and a extensive market every Sunday morning. It has retained its own character which includes an inviting seafront promenade with flourishing pavement cafes and bars.

All our prices are net without any additional costs. To secure a booking, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. Included in our prices a 25 Euro booking fee

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
A late arrival charge of 30 Euro is charged for arrivals from 8:00 PM or 50 Euro for arrivals between midnight and 2 AM. No check in after 2 AM.
