The apartment consists of fully fitted kitchen, lounge dining room, master bedroom with en suite facilities, second bathroom and house bathroom with shower unit. The lounge and the master bedroom with with patio doors to the furnished terrace with south facing sea and Marina views.

Cleaning:The rental rate includes linen, bath towels, a weekly linen change. A final cleaning session takes place after the departure of the client, and is included.
Other:TV with satellite connection, and DVD player. The stereo system has radio and CD facilities. Underground private parking Place. This apartment also includes air conditioning/heating system independent for each room and use of two large community swimming pools. The port of Estepona is within a one minute walk of this apartment with a large variety of different restaurants and bars making this an ideal location for golfers and families looking for a fantastic holiday.
Puerto Alto is a new development at the Port with two communal swimming pools set in landscaped gardens.
There are two supermarkets within a 3 minute walk and Estepona Marina is on the door step with abundance of restaurants, bars and nightlife.
Estepona old town is about fifteen minutes walk along the sea side.
Estepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village.
The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections, one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce.
The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars, restaurants and disco pubs. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.

A late arrival charge of 30 € is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50 € for arrivals after midnight and has to be paid paid in cash upon arrival.
