This self-catering accommodation includes a lounge/dining room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and the first bedroom with twin beds.
The living room has patio doors that lead onto a large terrace with sea views and a barbecue.
The first floor features a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and the living room. There is a ceiling fan in one of the other bedrooms. Outside, there is a parking area.

Located just 1,100 meters from the Port of Duquesa and 1,200 meters from the beaches, it offers convenient access to numerous bars, restaurants, and beach bars in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket is also nearby, only 1,500 meters away.
