Your name and address | Your passport number | The confirmation of the departure and arrival dates, your flight numbers and landing time if you already got them. | Your telephone number, a mobile phone is always appreciated.

When we will receive this confirmation, we will send you our rental agreement. The terms can be consulted here.
We will need a 20% reservation deposit, by bank transfer or by credit card on our secure site.
Final balance can be paid on arrival by credit card. We don't accept cash if the total amount of your booking is over 1.000 € unless you live in a country which is outside of the European Community.
We do accept: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
To cancel a reservation and receive a full refund of the first payment, the client must provide written notice at least 60 days before the arrival date.
All our apartments and villas have standard security measures.
Some will also have alarms and window bars.
If you are concerned about the security at your accommodation, please ask us before you arrive in order that we can provide you full information.
If you loose the keys please advise us as soon as possible.
To replace each set of keys we charge between 100 and 200 Euros depending the type of Keys.
We normally have further sets of keys available to you. Safe keys can be more expensive.
We will send you all the information by WhatsApp or by email, we will meet you either at the property or in a prearranged location.
We will show you the most important features.
We will then take any balance and/or security deposit and hand you the keys (normally two sets per property).
Also at this point we will tell you any other information you may like to know.
A late arrival charge of 30 € is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50 € for arrivals between midnight and 2 AM. We do not accept check-in after 2AM.
We guarantee that the apartments throughout are perfectly cleaned. The price is net without additional cost of cleaning at the end of the holiday.
The rentals price includes, Bed linen & towels, these will be changed on a weekly basis if the property is occupied for 10 nights or more. Beach towels are not included in the rental price.
