Costa del Sol holiday rentals in Estepona a two bedroom apartment and a bathroom on the Estepona Golf area.
This apartment consists of: large living room dining room access to a very large terrace overlooking the gardens of the community of owners, semi open kitchen, large master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, second bedroom smaller and one bathroom with shower.
We have to inform that there is no lift but the blocks are really not high with just 2 floors.
Air conditioning and heating. Broadband Internet with many international TV channels. Beautiful shared pool within community gardens.
This urbanization is just a two minute walk from the Estepona Golf Club. Set in pretty gardens, there is a large communal pool just a 100 meters from the apartment with sun beds and is fenced off for children security.
This is a great apartment for golfers. Walkers will enjoy the countryside whilst the beach is a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
Local amenities include the nearest supermarket a 5 minute drive from the apartment and for evening entertainment there are a great selection of bars and restaurants in the Port of Duquesa or in the Port of Estepona Port with great restaurants,shops and bars, both within a 10 minute drive.
Estepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village.
The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections, one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce.
The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars, restaurants and disco pubs. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.
