The accommodation consists of a lounge / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite, one bedroom with twin beds and bathroom. The living room and master bedroom have patio doors leading onto the terrace with swimming pool and sea views.
The apartment comes with a reserved underground parking with direct access to the residence. Air conditioning and central heating in all the rooms.
The Urbanisation: El Faro
El Faro is a modern residence with a small swimming pool. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of the beaches, the sea-side promenade, abundance of bars and restaurants and two supermarkets. The car is not an absolute necessity if you stay in this accommodation.
The town: Estepona-Costa-del-Sol
costa del sEstepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village.
The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections, one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce.
The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars, restaurants and disco pubs. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.ol rentals swimming pool
