This great two-bedroom apartment of 110 square meters consists of fully fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine and dryer, large lounge with dining area, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with single beds and guest bathroom with Italian shower.
Both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and drawers, all the accommodation is finished to a very high standard with huge terrace directly overlooking the 18th Hole of Doña Julia Golf Club.
The lounge and the master bedroom have patio doors leading on the the terrace with sofas and sea views over the Mediterranean.

El Patio de Doña Julia is an exclusive gated residential development located front line to Doña Julia golf course, within an easy 5 minute drive to Puerto Duquesa or 15 min drive to the inland Andalucian White Village of Casares. The nearest beach is within a 15 min walk or a 2 minutes drive. Supermarkets in Manilva less then one likometer.
Estepona and Sotogrande are a 15min drive. Malaga airport is 1hr and Gibraltar 30 min away. Marbella and the famed Puerto Banus are within a 25 minute drive.
For Golf fanatics there are some of the best courses in the region within a few minute drive, Valderrama, Finca Cortesin, Valle Romano and Dona Julia/s at the bottom of the residence.

Duquesa/s marina offers you the Holiday maker all the facilities you will need for your perfect Holiday on the Costa del Sol in the southern Spain, from numerous restaurants, cafe bars where you can sit and watch the fabulous variety of Yachts coming and going. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Spanish with its fresh, local fish.
Many of the beaches have been awarded yet again the European Blue Flag and even in height of the summer months they never appear to over crowded and Duquesa offers serenity and relaxation for a holiday like no other on the Southern coast of Spain.
After a short walk on the sea-side promenade you will find the village of Sabinillas, which is also part of the municipality of Manilva with all the services you require such as medical centres, travel agencies, supermarkets etc. Although within easy reach of the airports: Malaga (less than an hour), Gibraltar (30 minutes) and Sevilla (1 hour 45 min.)
Lying only 1km from Duquesa along the main A7, Sabinillas is the nearest town with a street market every Friday and a extensive market every Sunday morning. It has retained its own character which includes an inviting seafront promenade with flourishing pavement cafes and bars.
