The Urbanisation: Patio de Doña Julia
The property is surrounded by landscaped gardens and pools (one for adults and one for children) and is just a short walk from the beach and the Spanish village of Sabinillas with its many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.
El Patio de Dona Julia is a 8-minute walk from the sandy beach of Playa Ancha de Manilva.
The nearby small town of San Luis de Sabinillas has been awarded the blue flag for its clean and safe beaches, just a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk away.
There are two bars on Playa Ancha beach, Marina Playa and La Sal, which are popular with locals for fresh fish, paella, and sangria.
A few minutes drive or taxi ride away is Estepona Marina, which has a wide range of bars and restaurants.

Many of the beaches have been awarded yet again the European Blue Flag and even in height of the summer months they never appear to over crowded and Duquesa offers serenity and relaxation for a holiday like no other on the Southern coast of Spain.
After a short walk on the sea-side promenade you will find the village of Sabinillas, which is also part of the municipality of Manilva with all the services you require such as medical centres, travel agencies, supermarkets etc.
Although within easy reach of the airports: Malaga (less than an hour), Gibraltar (30 minutes) and Sevilla (1 hour 45 min.)
Lying only 1km from Duquesa along the main A7, Sabinillas is the nearest town with a street market every Friday and a extensive market every Sunday morning. It has retained its own character which includes an inviting seafront promenade with flourishing pavement cafes and bars.
