You enter at the level of the open kitchen and the very large and bright living space with lounge / dining room which have access to a large south facing terrace with superb views over the surroundings, the golf course and the Mediterranean Sea, sofa bed in the lounge, this accommodation can sleep up to to 5 people. There is also a toilet on this level.
The lounge has a flat screen television with IPTV and a lot of international channels.
From this level you have access to the bedrooms (lower level) and to a magnificent sunny terrace of great size on the upper level.
The house is equipped with an individual and private lift(lower level and agarge only).
The lower level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both have sliding doors to south facing terraces with great views of the Mediterranean and surrounding countryside.
Access to this level is via the stairs or the private lift.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is another bathroom at this level. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.
The house has two private garage spaces. The house can be accessed directly from the garage and the lift can be used to carry shopping to the living and kitchen level.
From the terraces you have spectacular views of the golf course, the surroundings, the garden with swimming pool and the Mediterranean sea.
Its comfort and proximity to the beach, sports activities and outings make it an ideal holiday home for a family with children.
