You will enjoy the 270 degree views over the golf course to the Mediterranean sea in the distance. This is the perfect place to relax and watch the sun go down.
spacious living and dining room, the master bedroom has a double bed and opens directly onto the beautiful terrace at the front of the property. This room has an en suite bathroom with bath, wc and bidet.
The twin bedroom has the use of a shower room with a walk in show, WC and basin.
The kitchen is well equipped and is complete with electric ceramic hobs (stove tops) and electric oven, sink, microwave, fridge & freezer, coffee machine.
The washing machine is in a separate utility room off the kitchen.

The complex is located 800 meters from the beach and 5 minutes drive from the Port of Duquesa on the Costa del Sol.
The residence has 2 swimming pools (adults and splash pool), manicured landscaped gardens. Approximately 25 minutes from Gibraltar and and just over an hour from Malaga Airport.
The nearest large town is Estepona which is just over 10 minutes drive away.
A lot of golf courses nearby as well as the port of Sotogrande, Casares, Estepona, Benhavis, Puerto Banus and Marbella.

Es una pequeña Marina con más de 8 kilómetros de playa, donde destacan las playas de Punta Chullera y la del Castillo. En el Paseo Marítimo podrá encontrar numerosos bares y restaurantes.
Manilva ofrece al turista un interesante patrimonio histórico y cultural, entre las cosas que puedes ver en Manilva están su Castillo de La Duquesa, iglesias y los restos arqueológicos expuesto en el Museo Arqueológico Municipal.
