Modern apartment which consists of: a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a large and bright living-dining room with TV and free WIFI internet connection, a master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, a third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
A modern and bright holiday apartment, the living room has sliding doors that open onto the sunny terrace with views of the swimming pool and the residence, the terrace has an outdoor table with seating for four guests. A modern residence with a large shared swimming pool, a small gym and a playground for the little ones.

The residence is ideally located less than 10 minutes from the centre of Estepona, also known as the Garden of the Costa del Sol, the old town is beautifully maintained with narrow streets always full of flowers, many bars, tapas bars and restaurants and all kinds of shops. A Carrefour Express supermarket is located on the other side of the avenue within an easy 5 minute walk.
Estepona is undoubtedly one of the only towns on the Costa del Sol that has managed to preserve a typically Spanish character unlike the other towns on the Costa del Sol.
Within an 8 minutes walk you will reach the seafront promenade and the Rada beach, the largest beach in Estepona where you will find many beach bars and restaurants where you will be able to rent sun beds. In 15 minutes you will be at the Marina, which also has many bars, tapas bars and restaurants.

Con 22 kilómetros de litoral posee varias playas, destacan las zonas del Paseo Marítimo y del Puerto Deportivo. En el centro está la playa de La Rada, perfecta para disfrutar de los muchos chiringuitos que tiene.
La ciudad ofrece distintas rutas artísticas como la Ruta de Murales, con más de 40 obras de arte, la Ruta de Esculturas, con más de 30 piezas de diferentes artistas, y la Ruta de Poesía, con obras en varios idiomas.
En cuanto a sus monumentos, destacan la Torre del Reloj, la Iglesia de los Remedios, del siglo XVIII, y lo que fue el Castillo de San Luis.
En sus numerosos restaurantes, Estepona abarca desde la cocina más tradicional, comida típica mediterránea, a la más innovadora e internacional.
Los amantes de los espacios verdes disfrutarán con una excursión por el Paraje Natural de Sierra Bermeja para contemplar desde el Pico de los Reales el Peñón de Gibraltar y el norte del continente africano si hay viento de Poniente.
Estepona cuenta además con numerosos campos de golf y el Parque Selwo Aventura, donde conviven más de 2.000 animales.
