Luxurious Villa with 9 bedrooms in Marbella. The main villa has 7 bedrooms and the guest house 2 bedrooms . The villa is located in the most exclusive area of Marbella, Sierra Blanca with breathtaking sea and mountains views of Sierra Blanca.
This luxury villa is decorated in Andalusian and Moroccan style, with extensive use of beautifull marble.
The plot covers 3500 square meters and 1.100 square meters for the total buildings. Regarding leisure, this villa got all: a heated outdoor swimming pool 12 meters by 6, tennis court with light flood, two tennis tables, fitness room with 12 devices, billiard room, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, cinema room, WI-FI, barbecue area and parking.
Staff for daily cleaning included in rental price. On special request, chauffeur, BMW 7.45 and cooking and can be provided at request with extra cost.
Ongoing assistance is available during your stay to help with everything concerning the property, staff speaks English, French, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish.

First-floor : 2 bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms and large master suite with walking wardrobe and large bathroom with jacuzzi. Large terrace.
Guest house : big lounge including dining area and kitchen, master bedroom, with jaccuzzi and ensuite bathroom, separated bedroom which can be used as a staffroom, and its bathroom, bar room with billiard table, hammam, sauna, fully equipped fitness room (10 devices), shower, toilets, and dressing room. Moroccan terrace.

Marbella is situated in the heart od the province of Malaga, in Andalucia, southern Spain where the weather sustains an average of 20c through out the year.
The winters are mild and the summers are hot, and there is an abundance of palm trees and flowers with wonderful perfumes.
In Marbella you can live fast and furious with the rich and famous that grace Marbella or slow and peaceful like walking in the mountains or on the paseo by the beach, sunbathe, eating good food, relaxing and letting all the stress slip away.
Marbella is one of the best known towns on the Costa Del Sol it offers a wide variety of attractions to suit the young and old alike. The old town of Marbella has a warren of cobbled streets with many shops bars and restaurants; in the centre is Orange Square or la plaza de Los Naranjos with fabulous restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine and wonderful exotic tropical plants.
The coast of Marbella offers a beautiful promenade with long golden sandy beaches and intimate bars and cafes to while away the days. Marbella location is ideally set so you can explore the many photographic white villages or take advantage of the many sporting activities that are available in the area i.e. golf, horse riding, tennis, walking, sailing etc.
Marbella is approximately 45 mins. from Malaga Airport and about 60 mins. from Gibraltar Airport by car.
Puerto Banus. Costa del Sol.
Puerto Banus is situated 40 minutes from Malaga Airport and 10 minutes from Marbella, it has long been the play ground for the rich and famous, its marina boasts some of the best luxury yachts in Europe if not the World, with its many intimate bars and wide variety of restaurants to cater for every need it makes the perfect place to watch the world go by.Puerto Banus also offers long sandy beaches with many water sports on offer. Its shopping is some of the best on the Costa del Sol from its small independent boutiques to large super stores, there is also a local street market once a week where you can pick up all sorts of bargains.
After dark Puerto Banus starts to buzz with the excellent night life there is something to suit everyone with the choice of piano bars to discos.
Puerto Banus is also ideally situated for the many golf courses on the Costa del Sol witch are all within easy driving; it even has its own 24 hour flood lit course.
